It takes about 2 to 5 weeks creation time before being able to ship your jewelry. One of a kinds take 3 days to pack and ship your item.

DHL Express about 3 days to max 5 days world wide
Standard shipping:
Benelux : 3 to 5 days
Eu: 1 to 2 weeks
Us, Canada, all out Eu: 2 to 3 weeks.

Wait until the time I recommend to receive your package (in previous section) has passed before getting in touch. Check for delivery company strikes in your area.

Fill in a contact form and I will try to check what went wrong, and how it can be solved.

Take a picture in the state how you received your package, send it to my email address with the picture.

When you ordered the wrong ringsize, you can send the ring back at me and i will resize your ring. If the ring is not resizable i will make a new one for you after recieving the ring.
The one of a kind items are not resizable unless it’s mentioned in the description of the item.
Sending costs and resizing costs are for the cusomer.
