Soak you silver jewelry in a cup of warm water , with some dishwasher soap for a couple minutes.
Rub gentle with a (non used) toothbrush on and around your jewelry, and around the gemstones.
Wipe dry with a kitchen towel
Wipe with the deliverd polishing cloth, to give your jewelry a polish.
